Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of receipt in their original condition (please provide the tracking number).
Once we have received the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded.
All returns must be registered in advance through our customer service.

I received a defective product

If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which product is defective
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence

If your package was already damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.
Claims for damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Without proper verification by our support team, we are unable to offer a refund, store credit, or replacement.

I received the wrong product

If you have accidentally received the wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product you did not receive
  • The name of the product you received
  • A photo of the received product

Exchanges

Unfortunately, products cannot be exchanged directly.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order for the desired item.

Returning a product

If you ordered the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer wish to keep it, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and for providing proof of return.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled, as they are processed automatically around the clock and prepared for shipping.
If you no longer wish to keep the products, you may of course return them after receipt in accordance with our return policy.
